Hello! Welcome to my web page!
BIOGRAPHY I was born in Heidelberg, West Germany many years ago. I grew up as an Army brat, living in many different places, including Europe. I met my husband, Jeff, here in Bloomington after high school and I have lived here ever since. I
have a great family! It consists of my husband and I, a daughter and
son-in-law, and two sons. Then there are the pets. We have two dogs, a cat,
three turtles, four lizards, many frogs, and lots and lots of fish. As for hobbies, I enjoy reading, visiting museums and zoos, and traveling with my family. I especially like traveling to Alaska. Summer or Winter, there is always something to do in Alaska. My parents live in Anchorage and it is nice to visit with them, no matter the season. My sister also lives in Alaska. She runs a Bed and Breakfast, Arctic Sun B & B, while her husband runs a fishing charter. Along with being a wife and mother, I am the Program
Assistant for Information Technology Services at
Heartland
Community College (HCC); and an active participant in the
HCC Chapter of the AAWCC. Before taking my current position I was a substitute teacher for
District 87 and a
part-time Psychology instructor at HCC. I have been with HCC since 1999 and
have enjoyed watching the college grow every semester. last updated 05/23/2011 | ||||
